De Witte Kunst is a Dutch music group, consisting of multi- instrumentalist Lyckle de Jong and writer/singer Koen van Bommel.   On their debut EP (Magnetron Music, 2020) we get to know the band as a somewhat shy duo dreaming of a better world, afraid of being touched and claims to see the future.  

 

As soon as the band enters the stage only a little of that friendly image remains.  

The live performances from De Witte Kunst are praised for the pleasant inconvenience (or is it unpleasant ease?), the virtuoso keyboard playing and the magical portal* that seems to lead to another dimension.    

 

De Witte Kunst has already performed at various festivals, including Lowlands, Oerol, Welcome to the Village, Into the Woods, Le Guess Who?
